Peace and Welcome.... This site is devoted to those exploring new paths and rediscovering old ways to live mindfully and in accordance to what feels most natural. I will attempt to discuss some lifestyle changes I have made to live healthy, happy and with compassion. Interconnected and in harmony with all God's creations. Perhaps these pages will help open doors to some possible lifestyle changes of your own. Breathe and Smile :-)
Over the years I have enjoyed hearing from those who have visited. I invite you to take a minute to sign the guestbook, or email me with any comments, questions or concerns.

Includes such topics as naturopathy, natural remedies, nutrition, yoga and meditation. Come see some of what I have discovered so far as a nurse and as a student of Naturopathy.
My Spiritual Path
With the renewed interest in Spiritualism in our world today people often ask me about my religious beliefs. I invite you to walk with me down the path that has led me to where I find myself today. A "Christian/Buddhist" seems to be the term most people are using for this spiritual way of living.
Thay
In October of 1997 I went on a 5 day retreat that changed my life. Thay (Thich Nhat Hanh) is a Zen buddhist monk who teaches mindful living. I will try to devote this site to his teachings and my experiences.
Tea Leaves
Learn more about my favorite beverage. Read about the different types of teas including herbal and their healing properties.
Poems, Prayers and Words of Wisdom
Here I have displayed more of my favorite poems, prayers and words of wisdom from many of our most influential people including some I have met on the net. I hope you will enjoy them as much as I do.
Recommended Books
Listed here are some books I highly recommend for the mind body and spirit. I have found those listed very enlightening and helpful in my studies. If you see one you are interested in you can obtain a copy via Amazon books by clicking on the title.
Voice for the Voiceless
This page adresses a topic that is very important to me, animal rights and welfare. I hope to illustrate how precious pets, as well as all animals, can be in our lives, and how they can teach us compassion for all God's creatures.
Natural Living Bulletin Board
Many different organizations of like minds have asked me to place a link to their sites. I thought about the best way to do this and came up with The Natural Living Bulletin Board. Here you will find links to some very helpful and thought provoking sites.
Paramahansa Yogananda
Founded in 1920 by Paramahansa Yogananda, the Self-Realization Fellowship continues to offer lessons on his teachings to any seeking to "attain direct personal experience of God".
Rings and Awards
In my travels across the WWW I have found several rings I felt were noteworthy to join. They are
dedicated to the advancement of peace, spirituality and express genuine concern for all creation.
Also found are awards my pages have received, and I am very proud to display them and be
associated with their causes. I am indeed fortunate to find myself in such good company.
If you arrived here via a ring, line, or award go there to continue your journey.
Eden Ring
My family and I have created a webring of our own. The Eden Ring is dedicated to responsible
living in harmony with nature and the family of man. If you think you may be interested in joining
visit the page to learn more.
Links
While surfing the www I have visited some very informative and important sites. I have listed them here and encourage you to check them out. Also listed are links to family and friends websites.
Natural Living and the Eden Ring enjoys a wonderful association with another webring, The Garden. Together we are building a community both on and off the internet. Other associations include The New Civilization Network. I invite you to visit these sites to learn more about what we are trying to accomplish.
